Jennifer is a new member to the JMJ Board of Directors. She was born and raised in Massachusetts, received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts, and Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University.
In addition to teaching, first at Bishop Stang High School in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts and currently at Bishop Moore Catholic High School in Orlando, Florida, Jennifer stresses faith, leading by example and serving others to her students. Through leading numerous annual collection drives for toys, clothing, baby items, gift cards, food and other necessities, she facilitates opportunities for students to put their faith into action by serving those in need in our local area as well as our sister diocese in the Dominican Republic. Miss Connell is dedicated to living and promoting the culture of life as expounded by the Catholic Church and in the works of Pope Saint John Paul II. She enjoys sharing the culture of life with faculty, students, and the community by organizing and participating in pro-life events (Laps for Life Orlando and the BMC Culture of Life week), fundraisers (JMJ Gala, JMJ baby item collections and JMJ baby showers), and trips including the Saint Augustine March for Life. |
